• Access the benefit at the time of claim
• Cellular telephone protection that covers stolen or damaged devices
• $650 payable benefit amount per claim. Limit of two claims per twelve month period.
• $1,200 maximum payable per twelve-month period
• Only pay a $50 co-pay per claim
• Must pay cellular phone bill from eligible checking account and the first five lines listed on cell phone bill are covered
• Benefit is offered and administered in partnership with Members Benefit Center.
