When asked what makes Tre Morgan uncommon, he responded, “You can look around the country and see there aren’t many baseball players that look like me on the field everyday. The amount of black baseball players at the college and major league level is dangerously low, and I’m hoping to inspire more kids that look like me to follow their dreams because it is very possible.”
The most important lesson he’s learned from the game is how to deal with failure and how to rise above it and come back stronger. All of Tre’s coaches to this point have helped make him the athlete and person he is today.
An organization close to Tre’s heart is The Miracle League because it gives kids the opportunity to live out their dreams.
Tre hopes to one day have enough money that he won’t have to work another day in his life. On his bucket list is to travel as much of the world as possible.
