“What makes me uncommon is my work ethic and wanting to help others. Always.”
Jack Bech says he’s learned more than just precision and ball skills from the game. Bech says football has taught him to work hard and never give up. “Times get tough but it’s how you choose to always keep going.”
With football being a constant in his life, Bech credits one coach in particular for influencing his upbringing. “Coach Lance Strother (St. Thomas More High School Wide Receiver coach) has influenced me the most from every aspect,” says Bech. “Not just on the field, but off the field, off and spiritually.” Spirituality is a big part of Bech. Before every game, he prays and carries a hatchet sack.
On his bucket list is to travel the world one day. He also wants to win a National Championship and Super Bowl.
An organization that is special to Jack is the Dreams Come True Foundation of Louisiana because it grants kids in Louisiana their dreams.
